Jennifer Weaver is a financial analyst at Patient Engagement Advisors (PEA) focusing on strategic planning and development of new business as well as statistical reporting of current business. Prior to joining PEA, she began her career at ExxonMobil in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Houston, Texas focusing on process engineering, management and global marketing.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Alabama and earned an MBA from the University of Houston.

Jennifer has volunteered in several organizations including Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Vestavia Hills basketball and soccer, and has served on the Vestavia Hills flag football and cheerleading boards. She is a past president of the PTOs at Vestavia Hills Elementary Liberty Park and Liberty Park Middle School, and held various other PTO positions including corporate campaign chair and fundraising chair.

Jennifer and her husband, Mitch, have one daughter and two sons, all of whom are currently enrolled in Vestavia Hills City Schools. They attend Liberty Park Baptist Church.
