Each year, the Vestavia Hills City Schools Office of Public Relations produces an Annual Report. These reports highlight the noteworthy accomplishments of all schools and the system as a whole. The report also includes various data from the previous school year including system enrollment, finance, and employee information.

Printed copies of the Annual Report are available at the Vestavia Hills Board of Education, all eight schools, Vestavia Hills City Hall, and the Vestavia Hills Chamber of Commerce.
