ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed proposals, in duplicate, from Service Providers will be received by the Vestavia Hills City
Schools, 1204 Montgomery Highway, Vestavia Hills, AL 35216, on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, until
10:30. a.m., local time, for the following project:
SYSTEM PAPER GOOD PRODUCT MANAGEMENT FOR VESTAVIA HILLS CITY SCHOOLS
at such time and place, the bids will be opened and read.
Bids must be submitted on proposal forms furnished by the Owner either with the original
contract documents or by addendum. Service Providers shall not use Proposal Forms created by
use of electronic scan or other electronic means.
All Bidders must have appropriate Business Licensure, as well as adequate experience in
providing paper good product management to state agencies. The Bidder must display current
Business License Number on the outside of the sealed envelope in which the proposal is
delivered or it will not be considered by the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any
or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner’s judgment, the best interests of the
Owner will thereby be promoted.
In awarding the Contracts, preference will be given to Alabama resident Service Providers and a
nonresident bidder domiciled in a state having laws granting preference to local providers shall
be awarded the Contract only on the same basis as the nonresident bidder’s state awards
contracts to Alabama providers bidding under similar circumstances.
